Chassis Number: DBSV8/10345/LCA
Richards of England (ROE) are proud to present this Concours winning and fully restored 1971 Aston Martin DBSV8 LHD. First owned by Mr Rex Woodgate as his personal car for 5 years (CEO of Aston Martin USA / Aston Works racing team) and one of the last Aston Martins to be built under David Brown’s control.
Fresh from a 2,500 hour ‘body off’ restoration, DBSV8/10345/LCA picked up ‘first in class’ at the Warren Classic Concours D’ Elegance event in September scoring 97.5 of 100. DBSV8/10345/LCA has been restored back to its original specification and is full numbers matching.
This example is a true spectacle and delivers immense power through the re built injection engine. Furthermore it’s been Restored to its original colours of, “Cricket White over House of Commons Green Connolly Leather.” A colour combination that was only ever produced once from factory, making this car truly unique.
The photos below are the same ones used within a photobook which ROE designed for the client. The book's cover was carefully crafted from the same House of Commons Green Connolly leather hide as was used for the car’s interior.
